This form will be used by employers to apply for a Labour Market Opinion (LMO) to hire temporary foreign workers under the Pilot Project for Occupations Requiring Lower Levels of Formal Training (NOC C and D). The application and all other required documents must be submitted to Service Canada.
Ce formulaire doit être complété par les employeurs qui désirent faire une demande d’avis sur le marché du travail (AMT) afin d’embaucher des travailleurs étrangers temporaires dans le cadre du Projet pilote relatif aux professions exigeant un niveau réduit de formation (niveaux C et D de la CNP). La demande ainsi que tous les autres documents requis doivent être soumis à Service Canada.
