Ouellet, Nadon & associéEs law firm and PINAY (Filipino Women’s Organization in Quebec) will comment an important judgment by the Court of Quebec.

The Court of Quebec has recently rendered a judgment that clearly denounces the abuses committed against migrant live-in caregivers. Ouellet, Nadon & associéEs law firm and PINAY wish to jointly comment the principal elements of this judgment.

Media representatives are invited to a press conference to be held Saturday, January 30th, at 10:30 am at the Maison Parent-Roback at 110 St-Thérèse Street. Me Alain Tremblay and Evelyn Calugay, PINAY spokesperson, will share their conclusions and the political and legal repercussions of this judgment. They will be available to answer press questions on this subject.
