Andy Hall was on Tuesday found guilty of defamation and computer crimes in a Thai Court. The 36 year old British Man was sentenced to three years in jail and fined 200,000 baht in connection with his work on a 2013 report by aAndy Hall. Finnish advocacy group that accused Thai company Natural Fruit of violating the rights of its workers. The prison sentence was suspended for two years, effectively putting Hall on probation, a move which will impede his efforts to investigate corporate supply chains in Thailand.
