Abstract

This is an application for judicial review by the Applicant pursuant to subsection 72(1) of the
Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, SC 2001, c 27 [IRPA] of a decision by an immigration officer
[Officer] dated June 2, 2015, wherein the Officer held that the Applicant was not a victim of human
trafficking; and, furthermore, rejected the Applicant's application for a Temporary Resident Permit and open
Work Permit as the Applicant was, at the time of the decision, admissible to Canada.
