The booklet is published in back-to-back formats in English and French as well as English and Spanish. The newest edition (which has been in publication since 2002) brings forward new statistical research, and compares the growing trend in Canada to employ temporary foreign workers who are having problems similar to those experienced by migrant agriculture workers.
